Description

In this presentation, the doping of ZnO thin films with copper will be investigated. The films are doped with copper in order to increase the conductivity of the film to be a viable replacement for Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) as an electrode on a solar cell. The characterization and electrical properties will be determined viaXRD, SEM-EDS, and UV-Vis Spectroscopy.
